HONOLULU, April 25, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- The Board of Directors of Alexander & Baldwin, Inc. (NYSE:ALEX) today approved a second quarter 2016 dividend of $0.06 (6 cents) per share. The dividend is payable on June 2, 2016 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on May 9, 2016.
