Alexander & Baldwin Announces Reporting Information for 2023 Dividend Distributions

HONOLULU, Jan. 31, 2024 /PRNewswire/ -- Alexander & Baldwin, Inc. (NYSE: ALEX) ("A&B" or "Company"), a Hawai'i-based company focused on owning, operating, and developing high-quality commercial real estate in Hawai'i, today announced the allocations of the Company's 2023 dividend distributions to its common shares. Shareholders of record will receive Form 1099-DIV relating to the quarterly dividends paid or deemed paid in 2023. "Street name" shareholders should expect to receive their Form 1099-DIV from their bank, brokerage firm, or other nominee. The amounts indicated on the 2023 Form 1099-DIV should be reported on shareholders' 2023 federal income tax returns.
